https://www.chevybolt.org/threads/whiteline-sway-bar-adapters-files-and-places-to-get-them-made.53700/ Dec 19, 2023 All, It doesn't appear that my friend has enough time to make these anymore (the last couple of people haven't heard a response) and I know doing these one off is time consuming and expensive. In order to try to help those who want these, I've attached the 3D CAD files for the parts in the .zip file on this thread. Inside the .zip file you'll find two .prt file (native Creo CAD format). One file is "left" the other is "right" referring to the offset through hole in the part. In order to complete a sway bar install YOU'LL NEED 2 OF EACH PART - 4 PARTS IN TOTAL. You'll also need someone to make them for you. Thankfully there's now lots of places online where you can upload the file, select your material, and pay... and in a matter of days the parts will arrive at your house. Places to consider (I have NO affiliation with any of these sites, I make no money from your purchases) based on my own personal experience for parts: 1) Manufacturing on Demand https://www.xometry.com/ 2) ICOMold® (Online Quotes in 30 Seconds) https://icomold.com/ 3) Home https://www.rapiddirect.com/ 4) Fictiv: Custom Manufacturing Made Simple. Get Parts On-Demand. https://www.fictiv.com/ I'm sure there are others. Most of these sites work similar to each other, but I've included a few screen grabs from Xometry below (they were the cheapest at the time of this post): You'll most likely need to make an account - but that's typical of everywhere you shop online it seems. Step 1 - Upload BOTH .prt files - you'll need to unzip the file in this thread as I wasn't allowed to upload the .prt files Step 2 - Confirm Quantity (on each part) - yellow circle Remember you need TWO of each part (2 Left & 2 Right) Step 3 - Confirm Material of choice (on each part) - red arrow Suitable materials that people have used include Aluminum 6061-T6 and Stainless Steel (304, 316, 316L) *NOTE Aluminum should almost always be the cheaper cost material Step 4 - Configure part (to select the correct material) - blue arrow From there you have some choices... essentially how quickly do you want the part (you'll pay more) and if you care if it is made in the USA or not. If a couple of people get together and purchase these, the prices can drop significantly. You'll have to decide if that's something you want to take one, because these shops will only ship to one address, so someone would need to organize, get all of the parts sent to them, and then ship out sets to others. For instance, at the time of this posting a single set, made internationally, would run: $175.16 (shipped to me, shipping varies based on location). Two sets: $120.06 / set Three sets: $96.12 / set Four sets: $79.62 / set You get the picture. From there you'll follow a typical online checkout process. I'll leave it to someone else to pull together the install video, or even a parts list (you'll still need bolts, washers, nuts, and you should also use some blue thread locker IMO). I don't have the time to monitor this thread as I'm not active here. Hopefully this makes it easier for people going forward to get what they want without the hassle it's been previously trying to get a hold of me.
